One week left! Had I been on top of things, I would have planned ahead and done next weeks menu as well. But I wasn't...so I may be improvising next week as we start to get settled.
Monday-We had pork loin fajitas with the Aqua Negra Marinade at my Mom and Dad's for dinner tonight and we got sent home with some of the leftovers. YUM!
Tuesday-Crock Pot Lentil and Sausage Soup (I omit the nutmeg, as I am NOT a fan of nutmeg in savory dishes--I so get that quirk from my Mom), biscuits
Wednesday-Chicken Salad Sandwiches, Sliced Fruit
Thursday-Leftovers
Friday-Out for dinner--our last night out in Hometown
Saturday-MOVING DAY!
