We had a fun time last week with DH's family...and last week the menu went well. The Pulled Pork Fajitas were quite tasty. It's always a good thing when DH asked if I'll make something again. :) Here is this week:

Monday-Lentil Soup
Tuesday-Beef Roast, Brocolli, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy
Wednesday-Baked Potatoes w/ Chili, Cheese, Sour Cream and Brocolli
Thursday-Out for dinner, Christmas Party for DH's work
Friday-Leftovers
Saturday-Chicken Dijon, Green Beans
