I was able to take the Peanut home with me this weekend to HomeTown. It was so good to be able to see and my family and also get together with some friends of mine that I haven't seen in what seems like FOREVER. I always feel like I am getting in the groove of living far away from home, and then I go home...and get terribly homesick all over again.
Although saying goodbye is always hard, we got home yesterday and I was so happy to see DH. So was the Peanut. And now it's back to everyday life--so this menu plan is better late than never... Once again, many thanks to Rachael Ray.
