Menu Plan Monday

We are having a great time here with Hubs family.  Stay tuned for a recap towards the end of this week.  We will returning to reality home on Wednesday and back to the day to day, so it's another short week in terms of a menu. 

Sunday-Tuesday-Kitchen Still Closed!

Wednesday-Baked Potato Bar with chili, cheese, sour cream, and whatever else I can conjure up after being out of town 

Thursday-White enchiladas, green salad with ranch dressing

Friday-Something with the chorizo I have sitting in the freezer....any ideas? 

Saturday-Leftovers
